Thermocouple:
The HC-3800 can measure temperature if a type-K ungrounded thermocouple is connected to it. Probe is 1/8 inch diameter and can fit wherever
a 1/8-inch thermometer can go. 2-foot coiled cord included. Your HC-3800 may have better temperature accuracy if it is calibrated with the
same thermocouple you will use, so we recommend purchasing the thermocouple at the same time as your HC-3800.
It may take 2 weeks for your thermocouple to arrive. We may be able to get a different size or style if you wish. Contact us before placing
the order if you want to discuss alternate thermocouple options. Most alternatives are the same price as the standard model.
